Gerwyn Price is through to the final at the World Grand Prix, where he faces either Luke Humphries or James Wade, and he had some stern words towards Nathan Aspinall afterwards after supposedly 'The Asp' was complaining about the crowd.

Aspinall is often the crowd favorite, and Price only saw one side to it that he was firmly in the eyes of the crowd, the man on top. He said that he had words with Aspinall, saying that the crowd is on his side and to just play darts.
He said that this discerned him and that he was upset with Aspinall in the end, that he thought that way, and that in his view he was playing up to the crowd and performing instead of actually playing darts.
“Nathan was complaining about the crowd, but they were on his side," said Price on stage after his win.
The crowd in adoration towards Aspinall.
“I’m 3-0 up, and I go back and say to Nathan, 'They're on your side, bud. Come on.'" Stop performing on the board and just play darts.
“I was a little bit upset with him. As good as the crowd is for me, they were all for him. He’s performing a little bit on stage; I told him I wasn’t happy.
Price concluded, though, saying that he is great friends with Aspinall, but gave him advice that he has to let his darts go instead of sulking when it goes wrong. He said this left him frustrated for most of the contest.

“I’m great friends with Nathan, but sometimes you’ve just got to let your darts go. When you’re losing, you’re losing. “I was frustrated 90% of that game, and it’s not good.”
Aspinall caught swearing on stage
In the end, Price powered into a fourth final in this tournament courtesy of a dominant win over Nathan Aspinall 5-2. Aspinall will be thinking about what could have been as he was seen getting more and more frustrated on the Oche.
Sky at a point had to apologize for him swearing at the board, which was heard by the camera, which is bound to get him reprimanded by the DRA in the not too distant future.
