Suljovic was 5-2 up but Danny Noppert ended up fighting back to force a decider only for him to miss a match dart in what would have been a remarkable comeback from 'Noppie' but the Austrian finished 84 to clinch a 6-5 win with four 180's and a 95 average.
Clemens in the next game on the main stage claimed six of the last seven legs to defeat Luke Woodhouse and end his run with a 6-3 win and a 121 checkout on the bull which sealed the deal.
A lot of people in the run up to the event in Minehead predicted that Clemens would have a good run and it seems like that prediction may be coming true.
Over on Stage Two, Stephen Bunting averaged 104.6 and hit six 180's in a high quality 6-3 win over Jose de Sousa, in which the Portuguese ace hit a 102.7 average but 'The Bullet' continued his good form as of late.
It was a lot closer in the other game with Ian White surviving one missed match dart from Vincent van der Voort in the deciding leg before edging through 6-5. It will be a close tie that White will hope will be a catalyst.
