Super Sherrock continues incredible PDC World Championship run with victory over Suljovic

Fallon Sherrock has continued her incredible run at the 2020 PDC World Championship as she has dumped out 11th seed Mensur Suljovic.

It was a 3-1 victory for Sherrock as Alexandra Palace was glued to the Milton Keynes ace's every throw and they erupted in a cacophony of noise as she won again in brilliant fashion with a 90 average, four 180s and 69 percent on doubles. The incredible scenes continue as she repeats history again!

To begin the tie, Sherrock recovered from 2-0 down to begin a whirlwind match; where she clinched it in a deciding leg with checkouts of 131 and 70.

The Milton Keynes ace made it five legs in a row taking out 64 to double her lead in the next set; but Suljovic began to find his range including a brilliant 71 pressure shot and from there he won the set 3-2 to put the impetus back on Sherrock.

Suljovic led 2-0 in the following set but in a match; where it was not done until it was done, Sherrock pinched it in incredible fashion to regain the lead in a 2-1 set lead as she goes towards a brilliant victory.

Suljovic watched Sherrock lead in the next set but pulled it back. Sherrock though sent it to a decider to give herself a chance; it was a chance she took as she pulled off the victory in stunning fashion.
