We are saddened to share Filip Ljubenko got seriously ill. Filip was diagnosed with acute leukemia. He found out after feeling ill at the WDF World Cup. Luckily he recently found a stem cell donor. We keep supporting Filip and hope he gets well.
Sad news from Croatia. Filip Ljubenko has fallen seriously ill. According to his Dutch darts manufacturer Bull's NL, the Croatian darter has been stricken with acute leukemia.
According to his sponsor, Ljubenko found out about this diagnosis after not feeling well following the WDF World Cup in late September. It did become clear that the Croatian has found a stem cell donor.
The 20-year-old Lyubenko played seventeen tournaments on the Development Tour this year. Here he managed to reach the quarterfinals once and the last sixteen once.

- I completely agree with Vincent's comments on "whistlegate". It's great to have someone with Vincent's exprience address this issue, so hopefully clearer and stricter guidlelines can be given to referees, security and members of the crowd. No whistling during throws, and something like: whistlers evicted and fined a hefty sum.
