The 28th edition of the PDC World Darts Championship begins on Tuesday and ahead of the showpiece event, DartsNews looks ahead to some of the best moments in the history of the tournament.
The 2018 World Championship was between the debutant Rob Cross and 'The Power' Phil Taylor on the opposite end in his final outing as a professional darts player.
All the talk was about Taylor ending his career with a fairytale ending akin to his World Matchplay triumph earlier in his final year but 'Voltage' stunned ''The Power' in a brilliant display.
