Ahead of the Players Championship Finals this weekend taking place in unfamiliar surroundings without fans at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry, we take a look back in a Throwback Video at last year's winner Michael van Gerwen.
Van Gerwen saw off Gerwyn Price in an entertaining display and after a year which has seen his only title be at the other event to take place at Minehead this year.
