Top England football star enjoys great match between Ricky Evans and Dave Chisnall

The World Darts Championship is currently not being played for a few days due to the Christmas break. It gives us a chance to look back once again at Monday night's memorable match when Ricky Evans won 3-2 over Dave Chisnall. at that match, by the way, there were familiar people sitting in Alexandra Palace.

Evans could hardly believe his status as a crowd favorite, saying, "'I don't get this treatment in my household. Why are they cheering me on - 'Ricky Evans, Ricky Evans' - I don't understand it.”

'Rapid' will return to action after the Christmas break on Sunday night, December 29. Then he will take on Robert Owen in the third round. For Evans, it is already the sixth time he has been in the third round of the World Championship, however, he never advanced.
