The draw has been released for the Quarter-Finals at the 2021
UK Open with defending champion
Michael van Gerwen set to face
Krzysztof Ratajski tomorrow afternoon.
Van Gerwen saw off Jose de Sousa in the last match of the evening session on Saturday night performing well at times but suffering on his doubles.
While for Ratajski, he blew away Jonny Clayton and will hope to do the same to the World Number Two tomorrow.
Gerwyn Price looked quality in spells against Chris Dobey and after being a two time finalist in this tournament, the new World Number One and World Champion will look to stamp his authority.
A familiar foe from the 2020 season awaits in
Devon Petersen with the duo having some of the best games on the ProTour.
They will meet again in the Quarter-Finals after Petersen came from behind to see off Peter Jacques and claim his spot.
The other ties see
Simon Whitlock face two-time champion
James Wade. Both have quietly gone about their business on the outer boards but will shift their attention to the main stage tomorrow.
While
Dave Chisnall after ending the run of Alan Soutar will face
Luke Humphries who was first through this evening with victory over Martijn Kleermaker.
All ties will be played on the Main Stage from now onwards with the board allocation released in due course.
