Raymond van Barneveld starts his World Cup campaign on Monday 20 December. Barney' will take on Filipino Lourence Ilagan in the opening round.
Van Barneveld is ready for it. "For the first time in the last five years, everything is completely right. I have a lot of confidence in the setup I use now. Recently I started using shorter shafts and that feels great in practice", the 54-year old Dutchman tells the Double Trouble darts crew.
Extra preparation
"Now I only take this set of darts. I'm glad I don't have to play on the first days of the World Championship, so I have some extra time to prepare. I am convinced that with this equipment I can make the necessary steps to return to the elite again."
