Van Duijvenbode looks ahead to Wright clash at Dutch Darts Masters: "I'm playing well and I'm confident"

Dirk van Duijvenbode will face off against Peter Wright this evening at the Dutch Darts Masters at the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam as he looks to continue his brilliant form on home soil.

Facing Wright who has been indifferent as of late form wise, 'The Titan' is confident of overturning the World Number One after a good World Cup alongside Danny Noppert.

"It should be a fantastic game against Peter," said Van Duijvenbode.

"He is the World Champion and the world number one, but I'm playing well and I'm confident.

"I really enjoyed the World Cup. Danny and I both played some great darts, and hopefully we can take that form into this weekend.

"I cannot wait to play in front of a Dutch crowd again. We always get amazing support and it should be a brilliant atmosphere in Amsterdam."
