Van Peer defeats Schindler to claim PDC Development Tour 1 in Hildesheim

The first winner of the season on the 2020 PDC Development Tour is confirmed with Berry van Peer winning his fourth career title on the secondary tour.

Van Peer eased past Martin Schindler in the final 5-1 - with the latter of course playing Development Tour on home soil this weekend but it was ‘Bionic’ that won through.

He defeated the likes of Jaikob Selby-Rivas (4-1), Damian Mol (5-3) and Ted Evetts (5-4) en route to the title in the latter stages and puts the Dutchman once again in the winners circle.

There are three more events left of the Development Tour this weekend with them all taking place at Halle 39 in Hildesheim.
