Gerwyn Price returned to the PDC World Darts Championship venue a week before play begins with 'The Iceman' taking on a different sport at the Alexandra Palace.
Price was part of a pool match at the Mosconi Cup, the annual nine-ball pool tournament which sees teams represent Europe and the United Status and usually takes place at the Alexandra Palace apart from last year when it turned to Orlando.
It is usually the precursor to the PDC World Darts Championship in being held at the Alexandra Palace. Price was part of a pro-am match of sorts with junior stars teaming with celebrities as Milan Patel teamed with Price and Hugo Boyle teamed with DAZN presenter Ade Oladipo famous for the boxing coverage.
But Price was his usual boistorous self whether on the oche or on the table and in getting the winning shot, he let out his typical scream and even did so for a break but a mini one which was perhaps even better than the usual for its short and sharp nature.
He will face Adam Gawlas in the first round of the PDC World Darts Championship and will be back at the Palace in just 12 days time on December 16th.
