On Thursday night,
Premier League Darts visited the Scottish city of Glasgow for the third week of play in this competition. Whereas for years Peter Wright and Gary Anderson could be seen in action in front of their own crowd, this year Scottish fans had to be contend with just Wright.
Not for long as Wright lost his first match against Dimitri van den Bergh. Michael van Gerwen also went down right away and so did former world champion Gerwyn Price.
The reigning world champion Michael Smith did make it to the final, facing Van den Bergh. After a great match with an average of over 109, Smith took the weekly title in Glasgow.
