View the Players Championship Order of Merit after the ninth tournament of the season here

Michael Smith has thundered into the top-10 of the Players Championship Order of Merit after winning Players Championship 9. He rose from 21st to sixth on the rankings.
The leader in the rankings is still Ryan Searle, who is missing this week in Hildesheim. Chris Dobey took over second place from Gary Anderson, while Raymond van Barneveld is in fourth place. Damon Heta completes the top five, while behind Smith, Danny Noppert, Luke Littler, Dave Chisnall and Gian van Veen are also in the top-10.
After all the Players Championship tournaments, the top 64 ranked players will compete in the Players Championship Finals. This tournament from Nov. 22 to 24 will be played in Minehead.

- I dont like individuals or crowds trying to put any player off when they are trying to check out, how anyone can think its okay for the crowd to whistle or shout as someone is throwing for a double is beyond me but it does seem to have become part and parcel of the modern game. I no longer play now, darts is as good as dead at a local level round my way but when i did play many years ago, no matter how intense the rivalry you never shouted out or whistled when an opponent from the other team was throwing for a double.Mysstree17-11-2024
