Peter Wright and Andrew Gilding top the highest averages from Players Championship 20 which took place on Sunday with 'Snakebite' snapping a two-day run of 'Goldfinger' topping the averages.
Wright hit the mark of 108.65 in his opening tie against Adam Gawlas but fell in the following round to Nick Fullwell averaging just 90. While Gilding's second highest average was 106.05 which he pinned also in his opener as he reached the Last 16 losing to Steve Beaton.
Jonny Clayton (105.19), Damon Heta (103.69) and Jermaine Wattimena (103.66) concluded the top five with two marks later down the list of 103+ from the day winner in Adrian Lewis.
