Peter Wright has reflected after claiming a convincing 5-2 victory over Danny Noppert to top Group F joining Ryan Harrington in the Last 16 at the Grand Slam of Darts.
Wright said that he got annoyed to begin the match but then the darts started to drop nicely from there and he said that after the way he started he was pleased with his performance.
'Snakebite' is confident of his chances as well and said that whoever he plays will be a good warm-up for the Quarter-Finals.
'I got annoyed in the first few legs and said you're doing nothing wrong, Danny's playing well. Just go with the flow and the darts will start dropping which they did,' said Wright to LiveDarts.
'Seeing the way I started which was diabolical, I am happy with that. Obviously got the ten darter and thought clean it up and I did. It went alright.'
'Whoever I play next will be a good game for TV and a good warm-up for the Quarter-Final.'
