The first edition of the WDF World Masters will take place next December at the Bonte Wever in Assen, it has been announced.
The host venue of the iconic Dutch Open since 2014, it will now also be the home of the World Masters.
Before the demise of the BDO, the WDF announced that they were set to sanction and run their own World Masters and World Championship however these plans due to the Coronavirus pandemic were put on hold.
But for the World Masters at least, that has now been announced with the 2-5 December 2021 being the dates for the prestigious tournament.
