Greaves completes WDF Major double, adds World Masters to World Championship as Plaisier becomes first Dutch winner in 16 years

The WDF World Masters is complete with Beau Greaves continuing her darting dominance heading into her PDC World Darts Championship completing a WDF major double.
Earlier this year, Greaves sealed the WDF World Championship with a dominant win at Lakeside and did the same at Bonte Wever in Assen in the oldest tournament in darts.
It was a 6-0 win for the 18-year-old over Almudena Fajardo taking out finishes of 108 and 121 with only four legs lost all tournament coming in a semi-final win over Mayumi Ouchi.
The same player who beat Greaves and handed her a first defeat for a long time in the World Open but she couldn't stop 'Beau N Arrow' on this occasion and going into Ally Pally, she has perfect preparation.
While Wesley Plaisier who has been a standout on the European Tour and also at times on the WDF circuit this season has become the first Dutchman in 16 years to seal the Men's World Masters.
Defeating a tough run of Shaun McDonald, Chris Landman, Christian Goedl and Davy Proosten before a final win over Barry Copeland, he sealed it 7-2 with three 180's, a 96.27 average and sealed it with a 118 checkout.
Luke Littler who was confirmed to play in the Boys' Semi-Finals at the Lakeside became the Boys World Master with the superb 15-year-old sealing a 6-4 win over fellow talent to watch, PJ Stewart Jnr.
While Paige Pauling completed a double after winning the WDF World Open earlier this weekend winning the Girls title at the World Masters. The first WDF edition of the historic tournament is complete.
