Prize Money breakdown for the World Series of Darts Finals 2020 with ÂŁ300,000 on offer

The 24 participants in the World Series of Darts Finals 2020 will be sharing ÂŁ 300,000 in prize money from September 18-20.

The sixteen qualifiers are assured of ÂŁ5,000, while the top 8 of the seeding list will earn at least ÂŁ7,500 in prize money for their presence in Salzburg, where this year's World Series of Darts Finals will be played.
The winner of this tournament will receive a cheque of 70,000 British pounds. The losing finalist has to do with more than half less. The World Series of Darts Finals is not a ranking tournament, so players only play for their bank account this weekend.
Michael van Gerwen managed to win four of the last five editions of this tournament. Last year, he won the World Series Finals in Amsterdam after a Dutch final against Danny Noppert. The latter hasn't qualified for this year's event.

- The euro tour thrived before the names played them and will thrive without them. The one change the PDC need is to not protect the OOM top 16. If the form or world rankings drop, they need to qualify. While this would reward the players who regularly make the trip. Also add more prize money to the earlier rounds so you can't be out of pocket by attending but losing 1st round.BandB11-05-2026

Add an extra place in the Tour Card Holder qualifiers instead, so everyone is there on merit.
