The 24 participants in the World Series of Darts Finals 2020 will be sharing £ 300,000 in prize money from September 18-20.
The sixteen qualifiers are assured of £5,000, while the top 8 of the seeding list will earn at least £7,500 in prize money for their presence in Salzburg, where this year's World Series of Darts Finals will be played.
The winner of this tournament will receive a cheque of 70,000 British pounds. The losing finalist has to do with more than half less. The World Series of Darts Finals is not a ranking tournament, so players only play for their bank account this weekend.
Michael van Gerwen managed to win four of the last five editions of this tournament. Last year, he won the World Series Finals in Amsterdam after a Dutch final against Danny Noppert. The latter hasn't qualified for this year's event.
