After losing to Larry Butler last time he played a World Seniors tournament,
Keith Deller has added his name to the winning column at Lakeside defeating Bob Anderson in what was a dominant display at times from 'Mr 138'.
It was a 4-1 win in the end as he moves into the Quarter-Finals tomorrow where he will play Richie Howson with the winner of that in a wide-open section with David Cameron and Colin Monk.
Deller missed the bull for the opening set but he took aim at double four and the relief was etched on his face after Anderson messed up 60. He went half way to the finishing line from there with a 2-0 sets lead.
He broke with an 80 checkout to begin set three. He produced 86 to set up double eight for a 3-0 sets lead. Anderson took a set back but this was a mere consolation as Deller took out 54 to win it.
