Schedule Friday afternoon at World Seniors Darts Championship 2024 including Adams, Thornton, Burnett and O'Shea

A great session awaits us Friday afternoon at the 2024 World Seniors Darts Championship with several former world champions and former major winners in action.

In the first match of the afternoon, three-time Lakeside champion Martin Adams appears on stage for his match against Deta Hedman, the woman with the most ranking titles to her name.

The first two editions of the World Seniors Darts Championship were won by Robert Thornton and 'The Thorn' also starts his tournament on Friday afternoon. A showdown with Martyn Turner awaits for the Scot.

The next duel is a clash between two former world champions. Keith Deller, the 1983 world champion, faces off with Richie Burnett. The latter became world champion at Lakeside in 1995 by beating Raymond van Barneveld in the final.

Sadly, the planned final match of the session between Tony O'Shea and Andy Hamilton will no longer go ahead. O'Shea has been forced into a last minute withdrawal due to injury meaning Hamilton receives a bye to the next round.
