World Seniors Darts Championship set to return to free-to-air in 2023 on BBC

The second edition of the World Seniors Darts Championship will be broadcast on BBC in the UK. The next edition of the Seniors World Championship will be played from Feb. 9 to 13 in 2023.

The event can then be followed on the BBC website or through BBC iPlayer. During this tournament, 32 - mostly well-known - darters over the age of 50 will compete. Among them will be Phil Taylor, Robert Thornton, Martin Adams and John Part.

Priorly for other tournaments, it has been under a paywall either through BT Sport or 247.tv for overseas watchers.

In February 2022, the first edition of the World Seniors Darts Championship was won by Thornton. The Scot was too strong for Adams in the final, 5-1 in sets.
