We have another Quarter-Finalist in the Men's Draw and Semi-Finalist in the Ladies draw as the action continues at the 2020 BDO World Championship.
Jim Williams is successfully through to the Quarter-Finals after defeating Ryan Hogarth in a tie which was a potential banana skin for the now tournament favourite.
He averaged 94 and hit two 180's with three 100+ checkouts including a high checkout of 122.
The difference for 'The Quiff' was in the doubles as he hit 50 percent compared to 'The Headhunter's 28 percent.
It started close between the pair with it going to a deciding leg but from there Williams took the next set in a whitewash to go 2-0 up and from there he took the next one 3-1 to go one away and he concluded the match from there not having another scare like his last tie against Gary Stone.
Corrine Hammond is also through to the semi-finals as she continues her run after winning her first match since the final in 2017 in her first round.
Hammond saw off Laura Turner in a 2-0 sets win which finished 3-1, 3-1 to the Australian. It was a promising performance in patches from 'Rinnie' despite one leg to start the next set which finished in 48 darts and saw both players stranded on the mad house.
Despite that it is the winner of Lisa Ashton and Lorraine Winstanley next for Hammond.
