Ted Evetts claimed the title during the tenth PDC Development Tour event of the season. It’s his third title of the season and seventh in total.

The Warwickshire ace was unstoppable en route to the semi-finals. Evetts reached the last four with four ton plus averages, while dropping only three legs in his first six legs.
‘SuperTed’ met Justin van Tergouw, who came back from a 1-3 and 2-4 deficit against the two-time World Championship participant. Evetts then hit a 81 checkout to move into the final, before he overcame Shane McGuirk 5-3.
Milton Keynes hosts the second of five weekends in this year’s PDC Development Tour, which will each feature four £10,000 tournaments for players aged 16-23. The likes of Luke Humphries, Bradley Brooks, Justin van Tergouw, Mike de Decker and Corey Cadby have entered these events.
