Peter Wright who claimed victory in Melbourne has topped the standings of the World Series Order of Merit and will be Number one seed for the World Series of Darts finals later this year.

His nearest rival was Rob Cross who himself tied on points with him after his first win in Brisbane. He will be second seed seemingly though. When players are tied on points, they are separated by PDC Order of Merit ranking.

Michael van Gerwen has 36 points in third, while Gary Anderson is fourth with 29. Michael Smith rounds out the top five with 25 points.

The top 8 qualify by right meaning Raymond van Barneveld, Mensur Suljovic and Simon Whitlock will all be involved in the finals.
