Beau Greaves makes history with average of 114.56 on MODUS Super Series

Beau Greaves threw the highest female average ever on Friday night. 'Beau 'n' Arrow' made history by throwing a stunning average of 114.56 on the MODUS Super Series.

Greaves impressed on both Thursday and Friday by winning all of her matches against Adam Lipscombe, Sebastian Bialecki, Kevin Painter and Rob Collins. With eight wins from eight matches, she easily qualified for the final night. The 20-year-old Englishwoman played her best match against former World Darts Championship finalist Painter. Greaves managed to beat 'The Artist' 4-1 thanks to an impressive average of 114.56.

Greaves started the match with an 11-darter and then managed to double the lead with a 13-darter. Painter then won the third leg via a 104 finish, but Greaves then opened the fourth leg with a 180. A 121 checkout then made it 3-1. She then managed to decide the match with a 16-darter.

For years, Greaves has been considered the absolute top woman in women's darts. She has led the women's rankings within the WDF for many years and became the Women's World Champion in 2022 and 2023. For several years, Greaves has also been the most successful player at the PDC Women's Series with 22 titles in her last 40 tournaments, including a Women's World Matchplay title.
