''I think it's disrespectful, it's unprofessional and I don't have respect for him at all anymore" - Ron Meulenkamp responds 'Fartgate' controversy

Darren Webster came out with a remarkable accusation against Ron Meulenkamp earlier this week after 'The Bomb' won 4-3 over the Englishman at the MODUS Super Series.

Webster thought Meulenkamp smelled pretty bad on stage. ''Well when you play a guy who farts and stinks the stage out and denies it then kick you when you're playing the stall every throw because they are sh** good luck for the future but I'm not interested rant over,'' Webster wrote on his socials.

A day later the two darters faced each other again at the online darts tournament. Again, the win went 4-3 to Meulenkamp, who then replied to his English opponent on the organization's channels.

''It's a clown show with Darren Webster. He was 3-0 up, lost 4-3, moaning about everything,'' Meulenkamp began his account. "There was a smell on stage but when we came on stage it was already there so I don't know what happened."

The statements clearly did not sit well with Meulenkamp. ''I think it's disrespectful, it's unprofessional and I don't have respect for him at all anymore,'' said the Dutchman.
