These players vie for twelfth weekly title in MODUS Super Series on Saturday night

Saturday night is the twelfth final night in the eighth season of the MODUS Super Series. Six players will battle it out among themselves to see who qualifies as the final player for Champions Week. Then the twelve weekly winners will be in action to compete for the top prize of 20,000 pounds.

During each week, a total of 12 players will make their appearance. Six players are assigned to Group A. They compete from Monday through Wednesday for the first spot for the final night. After fifteen matches, Jamie Owens proved to be the best. With twelve wins and only three losses, he was the first player to qualify for Saturday.

The numbers two (Darryl Pilgrim) and three (Boris Koltsov) from Group A advanced to Group B, which was completed with Mark McGeeney, Ted Evetts and Darryl Pilgrim. They played against each other twice on Thursday and Friday. The three best players from this group were also allowed to advance to the final group. These were Koltsov, Andy Davidson and Mark McGeeney.

The numbers four (Jarno Bottenberg), five (Kendrick Koordom) and six (Simon Teysen) of the previously played Group A got a second chance in Group C. They were joined there by Derk Coulson, Sean Mckinney and Chris Hurds. Through this group there were still two starting spots to be earned for the final group. Bottenberg remained unbeaten in Group C with ten wins from ten matches, qualifying brilliantly for Saturday. Derk Coulsen completed the lineup for the final day.
