Anderson returns to home soil with victory over Whitlock

Gary Anderson returned to home soil and capped it off with a victory over Simon Whitlock in a class encounter between the pair. ‘The Flying Scotsman’ usually performs well in Glasgow and did so again grabbing another win that will help his playoff hopes.

He replaces The Wizard in 4th position in the Premier League as in and around the playoffs are jostling for position ahead of Judgement Night and the latter stages of the Premier League.
Anderson averaged 102.68 in his 7-4 win with Whitlock pushing him especially in the latter stages with The Wizard averaging 104 himself in losing to the hometown hero.
It was 53.85% on the doubles for the former two time Premier League champion and hit an average of 0.55 180’s per leg as well as 6 180’s overall throughout.
