Two women, eight men and two youth players are a short step from BDO 2018 Finder Darts Masters glory.
Play begins in Egmond aan Zee at 10.15am BST. By the end of the day's play, we'll know the identity of the three
Finder Darts Masters winners. The
BDO world champions are both still in the mix. But there are a lot of competitors who believe they could claim the title for themselves.
For Lakeside women's champion Lisa Ashton, there is just one hurdle left to leap. The Lancashire Rose faces a tough challenge in Fallon Sherrock, who has had a remarkable year. Sherrock is likely to push her more senior opponent all the way. But Ashton showed major guts to grind out a win against Aileen de Graaf in their group stage decider. This final really could go either way.
Keane Barry is the favourite to take the youth Finder Darts Masters title on paper. Posting a tournament average of 90, the 16-year-old is yet to lose a leg. Levy Frauenfelder, who saw off two of his Dutch compatriots to reach the final, will want to make things as tough for Barry as possible.
England vs Wales/Netherlands guaranteed
Before the two finals are the men's quarter-finals, the first of which sees Jim Williams meet Wayne Warren. The top seed may have a real battle on his hands against his fellow Welshman. Derk Telnekes and Richard Veenstra - through by the skin of his teeth after a Wesley Harms horror show on the doubles - make up an all-Dutch tie.
There's a massive clash in the third quarter-final, with Mark McGeeney facing Scott Mitchell. Glen Durrant and Conan Whitehead complete an all-English bottom half of the draw.
Once the women's and youth finals have been played, the semi-finals kick off. Williams or Warren meet Telnekes or Veenstra in the first match. McGeeney or Mitchell facing Durrant or Whitehead means that we'll definitely see one English finalist. Whether they take on a Welshman or a Dutchman remains to be seen.
