Clayton edges out Smith, Richardson continues run with win over Smith and Brown continues form with victory over Evans

Jonny Clayton, James Richardson and Keegan Brown are through to the final day of action at the European Darts Grand Prix.

Clayton edged out Ross Smith in a match that went ‘Smudger’s way for the most part but ‘The Ferret’ surged in the end to claim a 6-4 win to move into the third round at the European Darts Grand Prix. Richardson came through a high quality clash with Mervyn King with a 102 average. He won 6-3 in a match that included six 180’s a piece.
