The Auckland Darts Masters first round continues with defending champion Kyle Anderson and Peter Wright claiming victories to move through.

Anderson was 3-1 down and on the verge of a double break against DPNZ Number One Haupai Puha.
He pulled it back though as he upped his standard to win five legs with only one more by ‘Hopes’.
Wright was facing a potential banana skin in young prospect Tahuna Irwin and he performed well taking out a 121 checkout for the win.
Irwin looked a bit overawed by the stage and Wright took advantage to move on through but looks a real prospect for the future.
