The Auckland Darts Masters continues and we have our first shock as well as the seeds continuing to be pushed. Mark McGrath pulled off the first shock dumping out Michael Smith.

As well as that Raymond van Barneveld came through 6-4 against Warren Parry in a repeat of the scoreline from twelve months ago.
In terms of McGrath, the English-Kiwi moved into a 4-2 lead due to slack darts from Smith then ‘Bully Boy’ came back with two more legs only for McGrath to go on and claim the win.
With New Zealand’s number one on their tour, Haupai Puha; as well as Cody Harris and Tahuna Irwin to come there could yet be more shocks.
