Dobey edges out Wade, while Lennon reaches first TV Quarter-Final

Chris Dobey and Steve Lennon are the first quarter-finalists at the Players Championship Finals in Minehead. They will return on the big stage on the Finals Day on Sunday.

Dobey had beaten Ron Meulenkamp and Dave Chisnall and managed to knock out another high-profile player in James Wade. 'Hollywood' came back from 3-6 down, before edging out Wade in a legdecider.
Lennon reaches his first televised quarter-final after defeating Gabriel Clemens. The Irishman played a decent game with 92 average and 31 percent on the doubles to beat the German 10-7.
