Anderson demolishes Cullen, Gurney wins Northern Irish affair

Gary Anderson is through to the finals day at the Players Championship Finals. 'The Flying Scotsman' demolished Joe Cullen 10-2 to reach the quarter-finals in Minehead.

Anderson and Cullen both shared the first four legs and then 'The Rockstar' missed three darts to take the lead. That was punished by the Scotsman as he found double 2 for 3-2. After the first interval Cullen was not able to win one more leg and Anderson won eight legs on the spin to claim the win.
Daryl Gurney took the victory in an all Northern Irish affair after beating Brendan Dolan 10-6. 'Superchin' came back from a 2-4 deficit and finished the match with a 12-dart leg in the 16th leg.
