Dolan sees off Van de Pas to continue ground-breaking World Championship run

Brendan Dolan is through to the Quarter-Finals of the PDC World Darts Championship after seeing off Benito van de Pas 4-1.

He will next face Nathan Aspinall so one of the two players will contest one of the semi-finals; showing how much the seeds exiting the tournament early made it be blown wide open.
Dolan was in cruise control for the first few sets with 'The History Maker' who reaches a career best Quarter-Final as a result of this win punishing missed doubles from Van de Pas with 2/13 when he went three-up.
Despite that though Van de Pas came back into proceedings with the next set but it proved to be too little too late for the Dutchman with Dolan claiming the final set to win 4-1 and continue his ground breaking-run.
