Evetts claims fifth title on PDC Development Tour

Ted Evetts has won the first event of the year on the PDC Development Tour 2019. 'Super Ted' claimed his fifth title on this circuit after whitewashing Nathan Rafferty in the final.

Evetts beat the likes of Bradley Brooks and Geert Nentjes en route to the final. Rafferty knocked out Tour Card holder Harry Ward and Andrew Davidson in his last two matches to reach the final.
Wigan hosts the first of five weekends to be held in this year’s PDC Development Tour, which will each feature four £10,000 tournaments for players aged 16-23. The likes of Jeffrey de Zwaan, Ted Evetts, Luke Humphries, Bradley Brooks, Mike de Decker and Dawson Murschell entered these events.
