Gilding first of all claimed a 6-2 win over Hopp, a home favourite and a seed from next week in Maastricht. He averaged 91 as he aims to avoid Q-School in January.
Ratajski was 4-1 down to Van der Voort but reeled off 5 straight legs to see off the Dutch Destroyer. The Polish Eagle hasn’t been in destructive form himself on the
European Tour this year but will hope to put a good run together this weekend.
