Daryl Gurney has signed a new five year deal with Winmau it has been revealed.
Gurney has been in terrific form as of late capped off by his Players Championship Finals triumph in November.
He has brought that once again into the Premier League where he has played superbly and also the European Tour with him winning his first event last month.
‘Superchin’ admitted that it’s amazing to see how far he’s come and that he is really happy to continue on with the darts supplier in this new deal.
"It’s amazing to see how far I've come in what seems such a short space of time, but the darts standard on the World PDC tour is so high that you cannot sit back at any moment, which is why I'm so happy that I'm continuing my journey with Winmau and hopefully even more success,” said Gurney.
“Daryl’s talent was well known to us even before he earned his spot on the PDC global tour, and we saw that he had the potential to make a big impact on the World darts stage”, stated Winmau’s Head of Marketing, Simon Hall. “It’s always been a pleasure working with Daryl since those early years and assisting with his journey to the top of World darts”.

- As prize money increases each year and there are now more tournaments then logically breaking the £2 million barrier is going to happen, only thing preventing it is the now deeper strength in depth of the darting field. If you took Taylor’s best two consecutive years and substituted the prize money from now onto the tournaments he won he would have passed the £2 million.Mysstree26-11-2024
