Humphries like many players has a mission this weekend to qualify for the European Championship and did his ambitions no harm in a win over Keegan Brown.
Edgar secured a first win in over 3 years with a victory over Jeffrey de Graaf in the next game. He averaged 89 in a 6-3 win over the Dutchman and ‘Prime Time’ will now face ‘The Rockstar’ Joe Cullen.
Mansell finally saw off
European Tour debutant, George ‘Killer’ Killington who has been in good form in the back end of his first year on the tour.
It was a 6-2 win for the Northern Irishman who will want to show the form again which made him claim a maiden ranking title earlier this year.
