Gary Anderson capped off a good return to a TV tournament reaching another final after also having one in September at the Champions League of Darts which he also lost. This time it wasn't Mensur Suljovic but his rival Michael van Gerwen who he lost 11-6 to in the end at the
World Series of Darts Finals in Glasgow and he spoke afterwards and admitted he got battered and is struggling to keep up with him but spoke about the positives about the weekend but was gutted not to win in front of his home fans. Anderson admitted: "Michael's good, isn't he! I love playing Michael, I've been battered tonight but I'm looking forward to next time. "I'm struggling to keep up with him - I used to be able to play at his pace! "This was a good weekend for me - it's always nice to get to a final in Scotland and it's a shame I couldn't win in front of my own fans."
