Elsewhere, Rob Cross averaged 105.8 in a 6-3 win over Dimitri van den Bergh. Voltage reeled off three 12-darters in a row, and checked out 121 in the win.
Danny Noppert took the biggest scalp of the round, defeating Michael Smith 6-4. Peter Wright narrowly overcame Steve Lennon 6-5, while Gary Anderson saw off Gary Eastwood 6-4.
