A superb Mensur Suljovic reached the last 16 of the Austrian Darts Open after trashing Darius Labanauskas, who made his European Tour debut this weekend. 'The Gentle' averaged 106 in a 6-1 win over 'Lucky Darius'.

Suljovic took a quick 4-0 lead after hitting two 12-dart legs and two 15-dart legs. He came one leg away from victory after finishing 65 in the fifth leg. Labanauskas avoided a whitewash as he hit tops in the sixth leg, before the Austrian threw a 14-dart leg to seal the victory.
James Wade also moved into the next round, after a thriller against Peter Wright. 'The Machine' hit 40 percent of his double and averaged nearly 103.
The Austrian Darts Open will conclude on Sunday, with the afternoon session's third round followed in the evening session by the decisive quarter-finals, semi-finals and final.
