Mitchell moves into last eight World Masters after thriller, Durrant through with whitewash win

Scott Mitchell has reached the final day of the Winmau World Masters after a thriller against Willem Mandigers on Saturday afternoon.

Mitchell held his nerves in a exciting leg-decider to book his place in the quarter-finals. Glen Durrant and Gary Robson also came through to the next round at the Winmau World Masters in Bridlington. Durrant whitewashed Gary Stone 3-0 in sets, while Robson beat Mario Vandenbogaerde.
The first shock of the day was caused in the ladies event, where Casey Gallagher defeated Lorraine Winstanley 4-0. Anastasia Dobromyslova overcame Sue Gulliver 4-1 in legs.
The action kicks off at 1pm and all matches are streamed on Winmau TV.
