The final at Players Championship 13 has been confirmed with William O'Connor set to face off against Nathan Aspinall in a final no-one would have predicted at the start of proceedings in Barnsley.

Aspinall has played excellently all day and continued that with a superb performance over Adrian Lewis where he continued to show why he claimed victory at the UK Open in March.
He will now play for a third PDC ranking title to continue his rise which has seen him go from the darting doldrums to mixing it with the world's elite and becoming a major winner.
O'Connor though has been arguably the best player today alongside Jeffrey de Zwaan who he saw off in the Quarter-Finals. 'The Magpie' averaged 102 in edging out Daryl Gurney in a match that even included a missed nine-darter from the Irish ace.
