Gerwyn Price had to come from behind to defeat a tricky opponent in the Riley’s Qualifier Paul Hogan. He defeated the West Midlands man in a last leg decider.

Price faced Hogan last year but had more trouble this time albeit while throwing some sublime darts. This included missing D12 for a 9-darter at 6-3 down.
Price hit a 101.4 average, ten 180’s, a 160 checkout and 55% on the doubles in his victory.
Corey Cadby is also through winning 10-7 as ‘The King’ goes one step closer to becoming the King in Minehead. He had to come from behind to beat Chris Dobey though but still came through.
There was a shock as Steve West defeated Michael Smith. West gets into his first PDC quarter-final at the expense of Smith who was a lot of people’s outside bet. West came out a 10-9 win.
