Gerwyn Price moved into the third round in Hamburg after beating the German qualifier Mike Langendorf. The Welshman triumphed 6-3 in the second round of the European Darts Matchplay.
Unlike Price, Mervyn King was eliminated. Paul Rowley upset the odds by winning 6-4 against 'The King'.
