Raymond Smith sees off Michael Smith in huge shock, Van Barneveld eases through in Brisbane

’Guru’ who looked good in a losing effort to Michael van Gerwen last week clicked into gear against the Bully Boy winning 6-1. It was a 98.3 average and 66% on the doubles as once again Raymond Smith showed how good the qualifiers actually are getting on the World Series.
Another Raymond is through with Raymond van Barneveld making light work of Gordon Mathers in also a 6-1 victory. ’Barney’ has shown good form on the World Series down under and showed once again why he was called up. Two 180’s and a high checkout of 82 were the highlights with Mathers on the other hand not performing at all to his capabilities.
