Results Players Championship 15, Last 16: Cole into maiden Quarter-Final

The Quarter-Final line up at Players Championship 15 is confirmed and it includes young talent Jarred Cole as part of it who faces Mark Webster.
Cole who will turn 18 on Thursday has impressed on both the Challenge and Development Tour which has in turn given him reserve spots for these events. Today he has shown his undoubted potential with him coming through the JDC initially. Also into the Quarter-Finals include Rob Cross, Ian White and Michael Smith all winners this year and a form player in the form of James Wade. for more information on the Pro Tour. - I dont like individuals or crowds trying to put any player off when they are trying to check out, how anyone can think its okay for the crowd to whistle or shout as someone is throwing for a double is beyond me but it does seem to have become part and parcel of the modern game. I no longer play now, darts is as good as dead at a local level round my way but when i did play many years ago, no matter how intense the rivalry you never shouted out or whistled when an opponent from the other team was throwing for a double.Mysstree17-11-2024
