The Last 16 was completed this afternoon in the German Darts Grand Prix with wins for the likes of
Michael Van Gerwen,
Rob Cross,
Ian White,
Vincent van der Voort,
Benito van de Pas,
Simon Whitlock,
Michael Smith and
Jelle Klaasen who will all be vying to add their name to the Euro Tour Roll of Honour.
Tonight's Quarter-Finals start with Rob Cross who will face Ian White, Cross will be wanting to continue his brilliant form but also break through to his first Euro Tour semi-final while White will want to return to the form that saw him defeat Michael Van Gerwen 6-1 early on in this year in the same stage of a Euro Tour.
In the second Quarter-Final it is an all dutch affair between Benito van de Pas and Vincent van der Voort.
Benito is back to using his old darts that saw him reach a Euro Tour final this year and win Pro Tour events last year. He played well against Darren Webster but comes up against Van der Voort who whitewashed Ronny Huybrechts in the last 16.
In the other half of the draw, Simon Whitlock will face Michael Smith, neither player has looked amazing this weekend but have been doing enough to get through but both men will know that if they win they will have to up their game if van Gerwen comes through against Klaasen who he has a brilliant record against.
The Semi-Finals and Final follow the Quarter-Finals to round off the German Darts Grand Prix 2017.
